We are open to competitive swimmers age 8-18. Participants should be able to swim a total of 100 yards (4 lengths) of the pool (any stroke) and 25 yards of each stroke: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle

Resident camper fees include instructional fees, all meals, room and board Sunday evening through Thursday at 4 pm. Day camper fees include instructional fees, and lunch Monday through Thursday. Additionally, all campers will be recorded swimming and have the opportunity to review this footage with their coaches. After the coaches review the video with the camper, the video will be sent to the camper's phone and or the parent's phone. 

If  both campers choose each other, then roommate requests will be accommodated. There are two campers per room.

We will have a staff member who will dispense medicine to campers.

• 1-2 towels (One for after swimming and one for the dorm room)

• 1-2 swimsuits (One for each swim session)

• Goggles

• Cap

• Water bottle (There will be a hydration station where water bottles can be filled)

• Training gear (Fins, Pull Buoy, Paddles, Kick Board), if you do not have any or all this equipment that is okay.

• Bag to carry swimsuit, cap, goggles, training gear, shower stuff, towel, and clothes to change into

• Bedding: Pillow, Sleeping Bag (If you would like to bring sheets, be advised that the beds may be twin XL)

• Shower Supplies: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Face Wash

• Shower shoes (flip flops)

• Sneakers for dryland

• Clothes for dryland (t-shirts and shorts- we will do 3-4 dryland sessions)

• PJS

• At least one sweatshirt in case it is breezy at night or in the morning (temps are likely to be low 60s in the morning and 90s by noon)

• Sunscreen if needed for morning dryland session.  (All swim sessions are indoors so no need for sunscreen while swimming)

• Money to purchase souvenir items from the FDU store (Optional)
